All of the Volunteers are invited and supported to achieve the Asdan Level 2 CVQ (Community Volunteering Qualification). The Qualification consists of compiling a portfolio based on a number of Volunteering hours.

The Adsan CVQ is an accredited award based on community volunteering. The award is not specific to mentoring but can be turned to any voluntary work that is based in the community, in Pioneers case that would be the schools and the impact mentoring has had in the community.

The award is based on a minimum of 120 hours of voluntary work in conjunction with developing a portfolio consisting of statements and evidence. The portfolio is internally and externally moderated.
